4.3 Pricing and shipping charges

Product prices displayed on the website do not automatically include shipping unless expressly stated.

4.4 Cash on Delivery terms

Where COD is available, the customer must pay 10% of the total order value in advance.

The balance is payable on delivery.

The 10% advance is non-refundable except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

Failure to pay the advance means the COD order will not be confirmed.

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.

  • Fit preference.

  • Colour preference.

Where Eetra is legally required to provide a monetary remedy in a particular circumstance, applicable law will prevail.

4.8 Exchanges

Exchanges are governed exclusively by Eetra's Exchange and Cancellation Policy.

Domestic exchanges are subject to approval, timelines, product condition and stock availability.

International purchases are not eligible for exchange.

For approved faulty or defective products supported by the required unboxing video, Eetra will bear the reverse pickup cost.

For other eligible exchanges, all reverse logistics and re-shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

4.9 Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only where the request is received before processing, packing, invoicing, customization or dispatch and Eetra accepts the cancellation.

COD orders remain subject to the non-refundable 10% advance requirement.

4.10 Handcrafted and artisanal characteristics

Certain Eetra products may be created or finished using handcrafted processes.

Minor differences in:

  • Printing.

  • Embroidery.

  • Weaving.

  • Dyeing.

  • Motif placement.

  • Texture.

  • Hand finishing.

may occur and do not necessarily constitute defects.

4.11 Product care

Customers must follow the garment-care instructions provided with or displayed for the product.

Eetra is not responsible for customer-caused damage resulting from:

  • Incorrect washing.

  • Improper dry cleaning.

  • Incorrect ironing.

  • Chemical exposure.

  • Improper storage.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Alteration after purchase.

4.12 Website use

Customers may use the Eetra website solely for lawful personal shopping purposes.

  • False damage claims.

  • Exchange abuse.

  • Payment disputes.

  • Use of incorrect identity information.

4.15 International orders

International purchases are governed by applicable shipping, customs and import requirements.

The customer is responsible for destination-country customs duties, taxes and documentation unless otherwise expressly stated.

International orders are:

  • Fully prepaid.

  • Not eligible for COD.

  • Not eligible for exchange.

  • Not eligible for return.

  • Not eligible for refund after successful fulfilment, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

4.16 Limitation of liability
